Client Relationship Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager, located in Noida. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, understanding client needs, and ensuring satisfaction with services. The role also involves coordinating between clients and internal teams, managing accounts, and collaborating to improve services and solutions that align with client goals.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in account management, client coordination, and meeting client expectations
• Problem-solving skills and ability to address client inquiries and concerns effectively
• Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
• Experience in customer service, relationship management, or a related field
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM tools and systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
