Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client communications, maintaining client relationships, coordinating with the design and project teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to understand their needs, providing updates on project progress, addressing client inquiries, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely project delivery.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management and coordination
• Basic understanding of interior design and furniture is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
