Position Summary

We are searching for a dynamic Client Relationship Manager who can manage IT clients end-to-endowning delivery, strengthening partnerships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in IT hiring, excellent stakeholder communication, and the ability to maximize revenue through effective account management.

Core Responsibilities

Account Expansion & Client Engagement

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients across Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
  • Explore new hiring opportunities within existing accounts and support business expansion.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups, review meetings, and engagement discussions.

Strategic Client Management

  • Understand client hiring plans, technology stack, and project resource requirements.
  • Work closely with decision-makers and HR teams to align hiring strategies and expectations.
  • Ensure seamless coordination and client satisfaction throughout the recruitment cycle.

Recruitment Delivery Coordination

  • Partner with internal recruitment teams to drive sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Track recruitment progress, maintain dashboards, and manage deadlines.
  • Ensure high-quality closures and maintain a consistent candidate pipeline.

Commercials, Billing & Documentation

  • Handle pricing discussions, rate negotiations, invoicing, and contract renewals.
  • Ensure accuracy in billing, timely submission, and adherence to agreed SLAs.
  • Support compliance requirements and handle documentation such as SOWs and agreements.

Performance Insights & Reporting

  • Use CRM/ATS systems to track client activity, open demands, pipeline status, and delivery performance.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and recommend improvements for retention and revenue growth.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 34 years of experience in IT recruitment client management or account handling.
  • Strong understanding of IT job roles, hiring trends, and basic technical concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients while ensuring high delivery standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM/ATS tools (Salesforce, Zoho, Workday, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy, timelines, and service quality.
