Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager based in Gurugram. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to enhance client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include managing client accounts, addressing inquiries, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.
