Job Description
A global bank is standing up its India operations centre, and one gap in the build-out is a relationship-management layer for the corporate clients this centre now services directly rather than routing home. That gap is this role.
You would own an assigned book of corporate accounts: the day-to-day servicing, the recurring account reviews, the client asking why a settlement is delayed at six in the evening. It is judgment work as much as relationship work, knowing when an issue needs to move up through the centre's operations desk and when a clear explanation on a call is enough.

- 4 to 8 years in relationship management, corporate banking, or client servicing within financial services
- Comfortable owning escalations and reading when they need to move up
- Sharp written and spoken English for client-facing communication
- Working familiarity with banking operations, settlements, or trade processes
- Able to work hybrid out of Mumbai, Chennai, or Hyderabad
