Role: Client Relationship Manager (CRM)
The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) ensures that DevX centers deliver high-quality client experiences through efficient client onboarding, contract management, billing coordination, sales support, event planning, and relationship management. The role requires a proactive and client-centric approach to maintain strong client engagement and ensure smooth operations across all client-related processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management
- Oversee the onboarding of new clients and co-workers in coordination with internal departments.
- Complete onboarding documentation and obtain all required sign-offs.
- Manage the client exit process, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with internal teams.
- Handle client escalations and manage the ticketing process, providing timely updates.
- Conduct quarterly client feedback sessions and report insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain the master database of clients and co-workers in the system.
- Client Legal Contracts
- Manage client contracts during onboarding and throughout the client lifecycle.
- Track modifications to signed contracts and update them with addendums in coordination with the legal team.
- Ensure proper legal closure and documentation when clients exit.
- Client Billing and Invoicing Coordination
- Coordinate monthly billing with new and existing clients in alignment with the accounts team.
- Oversee billing for meeting rooms, event spaces, and flexi desks.
- Ensure timely collection of monthly bills by consistently following up with clients.
- Event Management for Clients
- Plan and execute client-centric events at the center.
- Manage decorations and branding requirements during events and festivals.
- Coordinate logistics for all internal and external client events.
- Collect feedback from event participants and hosts.
- Enhance DevX's digital presence by increasing social media engagement during events.
- Sales Management for Specific Centers/Hubs
- Conduct walkthroughs and present available seating/inventory to potential clients.
- Coordinate with leads and the sales team to close incoming inquiries.
- Close resource-based leads for assigned centers.
- Inventory Management (Client-Linked Only)
- Prepare regular reports on monthly seat inventory updates.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for client exits and ensure accurate inventory reflection.
- Manage seat allocation and onboarding process for new clients.
Key Skills Required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/facility management software (client-related modules).
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in client escalation handling.
- Understanding of legal and compliance requirements related to client contracts and service agreements.
