Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Delhi, India. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. The individual will act as a key point of contact for clients, facilitate communication between internal teams and clients, and proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery. Additional responsibilities include monitoring service performance and developing long-term strategies to enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management skills, including effective communication, active listening, and the ability to address client needs effectively
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making
  • Organizational and time management skills with a focus on Client Relationship and delivering results
  • Knowledge of service delivery processes and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Experience in client servicing and handling escalations
  • Proficiency in computer applications including CRM tools and MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or relationship management role is preferred
  • Coordinate with big Clients like - Nayka, Spinny, marks and spencer Aditya Birla.
  • Present company service proposals (AMC / maintenance / facility support).
  • Fix meetings with Admin, Projects, Facility, and Operations heads.
  • Maintain database of brands operating in malls
  • Support expansion of Pan-India retail service network
