The Role We are looking for a sharp, articulate, and highly organized Client Relationship Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our studio. You will be responsible for managing inbound inquiries, qualifying potential clients, and ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience from the very first interaction. You are the gatekeeper of our brand's reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification & Vetting (The Gatekeeper):
- Act as the first filter for all incoming leads from Meta Ads, Instagram, and Website.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to assess client requirements, budget, and timeline against our studio's criteria.
- Politely disqualify leads that do not fit our profile while maintaining impeccable brand etiquette.
- Inquiry Management:
- Respond to all DMs, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries within a strict timeframe.
- maintain the Authoritative Confidant tone in all communicationswarm, professional, and knowledgeable.
- Scheduling & Coordination:
- Schedule Design Consultations for qualified prospects with the Principal Designer/Design Team.
- Manage the studio calendar, ensuring zero conflicts and sending timely reminders to clients.
- Database Hygiene:
- update the CRM system daily with lead status, notes from calls, and next steps.
- Generate simple weekly reports on lead volume and quality for the management team.
- Client Follow-Up:
- Execute follow-up calls/messages with warm leads to nurture them towards a booking.
- Re-engage past inquiries with updates on new service offerings (e.g., Holiday Styling).
Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years in a client-facing role (Sales, Front Desk, or Customer Success), preferably in Luxury, Real Estate, or Hospitality.
- Communication: Flawless spoken and written English. You must be comfortable speaking to high-net-worth individuals on the phone.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business API.
- Traits: Thick-skinned but polite (able to handle rejection or difficult calls), highly organized, and detail-oriented.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
