Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Customer Relations Manager. The role involves managing interactions with students and parents, addressing queries, and providing detailed information about admission processes. The candidate will oversee counselling services, help coordinate application support, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities also include public speaking during student workshops, analysing feedback, and improving customer satisfaction while ensuring professional and empathetic service delivery.
