Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and website chat.

Assist with order updates, tracking, exchange, and return requests.

Guide customers with size selection, product details, and customisation options.

Coordinate with the production and dispatch team to resolve customer issues quickly.

Maintain polite, professional, and friendly communication at all times.

Record and update customer data, complaints, and resolutions properly.

Must know basic English and Tamil; prior fashion/e-commerce experience is a plus.
