Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in KPO/BPO segment or any digital marketing company

- Strong communication skills (Good/Excellent)

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee project management tasks

- Possess a basic understanding of Digital Marketing, including SEO, SMM, and PPC

- Have at least 2 years of experience handling international clients

- Manage and interact with 20 or more international clients, ensuring the success of their SEO, PPC, and SMM campaigns

- Remain actively available 24/7 on client interaction portals like Skype, WhatsApp, Basecamp, Zoom, and Gmail to ensure quick response times to client queries

- Ensure overall client satisfaction

- Coordinate with execution teams (SEO, SMM, PPC) and Business Development teams

- Be proficient in creating presentations and communicating effectively via Skype

- Communicate professionally and appropriately at all levels, both internally and externally.
