Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Client Relationship Executive. The Client Relationship Executive will focus on fostering strong client relationships, managing accounts, and maintaining regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their needs, addressing concerns, providing tailored solutions, and supporting the delivery of exceptional service. The role requires proactive outreach and ongoing engagement with existing and potential clients to drive growth and build long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Account Management to maintain and grow client accounts.
- Strong skills in Client Relations and Relationship Building to foster trust and collaboration with partners.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to delivering solutions.
- Ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment, with adaptability and a proactive mindset.
- Previous experience in the apparel or school uniform industry is an advantage.
- Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
