Working Days: 6 days a week with a fixed weekly off on Sunday

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients/donors over calls and build positive relationships
- Communicate effectively about NGO initiatives and campaigns
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups
- Handle queries professionally and ensure a good customer experience

- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
