Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to provide exceptional support and build strong relationships with clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. Responsibilities include managing client communication, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and acting as a liaison between the company and its clients. The Client Relations Specialist will also monitor feedback to recommend service improvements and support customer retention initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations experience
  • Proven ability in Customer Support and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of the mobility or parking industry is an advantage
  • Must deal with vendors.
  • Ready to work on-field
