KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Coordinate between clients and developer management teams.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Administrative & Reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate property viewings, inspections, and closing activities.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports on sales performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required; MahaRERA competency certificate is an added advantage.
- Strong English communication skills verbal and written.
- Excellent negotiation, closing, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Frequent travel to meet clients.
- Flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client meetings and property viewings.
- Wednesday - Monday (Tuesday Off)
This is a Paid On-Site Internship.
