JobSummary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team and manage the recruitment process for a variety of IT roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for technical positions, working closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and contributing to our company's overall growth and success.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize multiple sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract top IT talent.
  
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure they align with job requirements.
  
• Job Postings: Create and manage job postings for various IT positions, ensuring they are well-written and aligned with company branding.
  
• Candidate Management: Maintain and manage candidate pipelines for current and future job openings, ensuring timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and work together to create comprehensive job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  
• Offer Management: Extend job offers and manage the negotiation process, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
  
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to both candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company as an employer of choice within the IT industry.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar technical hiring role.
  
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
  
• Proficiency with sourcing techniques using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media platforms.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple requirements, and meet hiring targets.
  
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment CRM tools.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  
  

Good To Have Skills:

• Experience hiring for niche or senior IT roles.
  
• Knowledge of advanced sourcing methods (Boolean search, GitHub sourcing, X-ray searches).
  
• Exposure to HR analytics or recruitment reporting dashboards.
  
• Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
  
• Familiarity with campus hiring or volume hiring.
  
• Certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Talent Insights).
