The Opportunity We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Client Partner to lead and grow Quest Global's relationship with one of our most strategic clients in the Semiconductor industry. This is a high-impact role with full Revenue ($15M+ USD) and Profit responsibility, focused on scaling existing businesses and entering new service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth: Lead efforts to drive revenue and profit growth, overseeing an account value of $15M+.
Relationship Management: Leverage and expand relationships with senior-level decision-makers in Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.
Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans (StrAP) to identify growth opportunities, SWOT analysis, and capability gaps.
Deal Leadership: Structure and close large, complex deals through innovative business models and value-based pricing strategies.
Team Leadership: Lead a matrixed Virtual Account Unit (VAU) to ensure seamless sales and delivery execution.
What You Bring:
Industry Expertise: Deep domain knowledge of the Semiconductor industry and significant experience in the Engineering Services sector.
Commercial Acumen: Proven track record in sales strategy, complex proposal authoring, and negotiating master service contracts.
Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing global remote/offshore delivery models.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
Mindset: You are Humble and Hungry, possessing an entrepreneurial spirit and a global mindset.
