This is not a maintenance role. This is a growth + ownership role.
What You'll Do- Own 46 key accounts end-to-end: client relationships, delivery alignment, revenue targets.
- Grow accounts by 2030% YoY through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
- Open new accounts identify opportunities, pitch, and close new client engagements.
- Build deep relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and position us as a strategic partner.
- Lead proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
- Track account health, risks, and ensure smooth delivery with internal teams.
- Act as the voice of the client internally, ensuring we solve real problems.
What We're Looking For- 48 years of experience in account management, client partnerships, or consulting sales.
- Proven record of expanding revenue within existing accounts + winning new clients.
- Ability to navigate both business and tech conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Metrics-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfortable with founder-led fast-paced environments.
- Someone who thrives on ownership, not hand-holding.
