About The Role
As a
Client Partner with our client, you will be responsible for driving strategic relationships with key clients, owning revenue growth, and ensuring successful delivery of digital initiatives. This is a senior client-facing role that requires a deep understanding of technology-driven transformation, consultative selling, and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for key enterprise accounts, building trust with CxO-level stakeholders.
- Drive account strategy, revenue growth, and profitability, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
- Partner with clients to identify opportunities in digital transformation, product engineering, cloud, data, and platform modernization.
- Collaborate with delivery and practice teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Own and expand the account P&L, including forecasting, pipeline management, and renewals.
- Develop multi-year strategic account roadmaps, positioning Altimetrik as a long-term transformation partner.
- Lead proactive business reviews with clients, sharing insights, innovations, and outcomes.
- Act as a thought leader, introducing new solutions, industry best practices, and co-innovation opportunities.
- Guide internal teams on client priorities, enabling proactive resourcing, workforce alignment, and delivery excellence.
Key Requirements
- 1220 years of experience in IT services, digital consulting, or technology transformation, with at least 5+ years in a client partner / account growth role.
- Strong track record in account management, revenue ownership, and client success with Fortune 500 / large enterprises.
- Proven experience in working with CxO-level stakeholders across industries (BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital engineering, data, cloud, and platform-led solutions.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage account P&L, drive cross-sell/up-sell, and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborative leader who can work across delivery, practices, and global teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with top-tier IT consulting firms or digital transformation players.
- Exposure to Agile and product-centric delivery models.
- Global client exposure across North America, Europe, and APAC.
- MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
