Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels (cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn).
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential business opportunities based on specific criteria.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update accurate records of all interactions in our CRM.
  • Pitching: Effectively communicate Amplior's value proposition to spark interest and schedule follow-up meetings for the sales team.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for dials, connects, and qualified leads.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (2024/2025/2026 graduates preferred).
  • Language Skills:Native-level fluency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to handle objections confidently.
  • Availability: Must be an immediate joiner.
  • Mindset: Results-oriented, resilient, and a quick learner.
