Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients and generate qualified leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with client organizations.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities and client engagement strategies.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience with outreach, cold-calling, and client engagement.
• Proficiency in online research and lead generation.
• Background in business development or event sponsorship is a plus.
