Job Summary
As an Analyst within Global Screening Operations as a part of Corporate and Investment Banking - Digital & Platform Services, you play a vital role in maintaining the firm's compliance and resilience. You review customer demographic information, conduct daily screenings against global sanctions and internal lists, and help safeguard the organization from emerging risks. You collaborate with your team to challenge the status quo and deliver best-in-class results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work across specialized applications to conduct searches, gather data, and record evidence by identifying anomalies.
  • Analyze and investigate alerts generated using standard policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Substantiate opinions and dispositions with adequate documentation.
  • Identify matches to JPMC clientele and escalate to Level 2 for further review.
  • Strive to maintain individual and team throughput and quality targets.
  • Promote a strong controls mindset and follow established compliance procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement with a focus on innovation.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • 2+ years of experience in Client Screening or KYC.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related disciplines.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively within a team.
  • Flexible to work in any shift (between 5:30 am to 11:30 pm IST/PST) as per business needs.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong logical and analytical ability to identify anomalies and adjudicate alerts.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to accept new assignments and challenges in a rapidly changing environment.
