This is an on-site, full-time role based in Pune City for a Client Operation Executive specializing in Influencer Marketing. The responsibilities include managing daily operations such as maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating influencer partnerships, and delivering impactful campaigns. This role also involves account management, consultancy, and optimizing communication strategies to achieve the desired outcomes for clients and creators alike.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Communication to effectively address client needs and expectations.
• Proficiency in Account Management to manage and oversee client projects and relationships effectively.
• Sales and Consulting skills to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and provide valuable insights to clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent organization and time management skills.
• Experience in influencer marketing or campaign management is a plus.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
