Role Description

  • Manage and respond to incoming leads effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Develop channel partners to generate potential leads and business opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound calls to connect with prospective clients.
  • Generate 50% of leads through personal networking and prospecting (company provides remaining 50%). Achieve targets for cold, active, and inactive lead conversions.
  • Maintain and update a structured database of prospective clients.
  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare rough project estimates based on client requirements.
  • Collect booking/token amounts from confirmed clients.
  • Coordinate with the design team to share drawings with the factory.
  • Prepare final project estimates and documentation.
  • Ensure timely collection of part payments and final payments.
  • Obtain client satisfaction feedback upon project completion.

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: BBA / MBA Marketing (Mandatory).
  • Experience: 1 – 2 years in B2C or Interior Industry relevant sales experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for client interaction and follow-ups.
  • Lead Generation: Ability to independently source, qualify, and pursue leads.
  • Sales Skills: Understanding of sales processes, client handling, and estimation software.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined to work on-site or from the office consistently.
