The Role: Client Growth Lead (Account Director Level)
We're looking for high-performing agency professionals who understand how FMCG brands grow—and can translate that into business opportunities and long-term partnerships.
This is not a traditional servicing role. This is for someone who can own accounts like a business, identify growth levers, and convert them into revenue.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
New Business Development & Account Management
- Find, open and grow a set of FMCG/OTC client accounts
- Identify white spaces, new opportunities, and revenue streams
- Drive new business from closed FMCG/OTC clients (80%) and incremental business from existing clients (20%)
- Build strategic POVs on how our solutions can solve brand challenges
Senior Client Relationship Management
- Work closely with Brand Managers, Marketing Heads, and CMOs
- Become a trusted partner, not just a vendor
- Lead high-impact conversations around campaign effectiveness, penetration growth, and ROI
Strategic Thinking (Not Just Execution)
- Translate brand problems into communication + media solutions
- Bring strong understanding of:
- FMCG marketing funnels
- Shopper behavior
- Digital + TV + retail ecosystems
Internal Leadership
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams
- Drive clarity from brief → idea → execution → delivery
- Ensure high-quality output that delivers business results
Who We're Looking For
- 3–6 years experience in:
- Sales/Business Development experience in FMCG space
- Advertising agencies
- Media agencies
- Digital agencies
- Currently in roles like:
- Account Manager / Group Account Manager
- Account Director (or equivalent growth role)
Strong Preference:
- Experience working on FMCG / OTC brands
- Proven ability to:
- Grow accounts
- Handle senior clients
- Influence decisions

Compensation
- 8 to 10 lacs fixed + Variable
