Role Overview:

We are seeking proactive, client-focused professionals to join our Wealth Management Team. You will manage existing client relationships, deepen engagement, increase assets under management (AUM), and keep clients informed about portfolio performance and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 8090 clients with current AUM of 100150 Cr, with potential to grow to 350400 Cr.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), including CXOs, professionals, and entrepreneurs.
  • Conduct quarterly portfolio review meetings to discuss performance, benchmarks, and address client queries.
  • Maintain regular digital engagement for timely updates and seamless communication.
  • Drive portfolio growth by initiating systematic investment plans (SIPs) and securing additional capital commitments.
  • Analyze client portfolios and recommend optimization strategies aligned with investment philosophy.

Additional Information

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or advisory roles within financial services (Banks, NBFCs, AMCs).
  • Strong academic credentials (MBA from a top B-school, CFA Level 2/3, or CA).
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of financial markets and investment products (MFs, PMS, AIFs).
  • Ability to explain complex investment strategies in simple terms.
  • High ownership and strong stakeholder management skills.
