As a Client Experience - Associate within the International Private Bank Client Experience team, you will partner with global stakeholders to drive lead acquisition, client care, and comprehensive reporting. Through effective collaboration, timely project execution, and alignment with organizational goals, the team delivers impactful results.
This role is responsible for producing accurate metrics and reports for Senior Leadership, focusing on complaint management and new client development. The position also includes identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities. Success in this role requires curiosity, strong communication, and analytical skills.

Job responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Client Experience team and IPB senior management
  • Provide ad-hoc, value-added analysis to support root cause investigations and data-driven decision making
  • Collaborate with Finance, business managers, and technology teams to ensure data quality and relevant reporting
  • Independently manage day-to-day workload and contribute to the team's book of work, escalating issues as needed
  • Liaise with colleagues globally to promote best practices and consistency
  • Share knowledge and provide coverage across the team as required

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with Private Banking products and services
  • Advanced proficiency in reporting tools (Excel, VBA, Alteryx, Tableau, Python)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage projects and workloads across multiple teams and locations
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business priorities
  • Ability to leverage business knowledge and contribute to strategic direction
