Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and polished Client Engagement Manager who will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, driving revenue growth, and identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions.
  • Present company capabilities, proposals, and value propositions in a professional and compelling manner.
  • Understand client business needs and align internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to drive client growth strategies.
  • Address escalations and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
  • Track engagement activities and maintain accurate reporting on pipeline and revenue growth.
