Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Delivery Associate, based in Coimbatore. As a Client Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring efficient service delivery, coordinating with various teams, and addressing client needs with professionalism. You will also contribute to the execution of client solutions, analyze data and performance metrics, and support sales and finance operations to enhance the overall client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Client Services and Communication skills for effective collaboration and relationship building.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.
• Experience in Sales to actively contribute to business growth and client acquisition initiatives.
• Basic understanding of Finance to assist in budget management and client invoicing processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in client handling or delivery-focused roles is a plus.
