Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Delivery Associate based in Coimbatore. The Client Delivery Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional client services to ensure satisfaction, handling client communications, and managing client accounts. This role involves conducting analytics, monitoring customer feedback, facilitating effective communication between teams, and ensuring that deliverables are met on time. The associate will also contribute to business growth by supporting sales and finance operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Client Services and Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Analytical Skills to assess workflows, data, and improve service delivery
• Knowledge of Finance and Sales to support business operations and client transactions
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
