Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Client Coordinator to join our team at our Kozhikode office, preferably someone with prior experience in the advertising industry. The Client Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and a seamless project experience.

The role involves managing client relationships, understanding requirements, coordinating with internal teams, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring that all deliverables align with client expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main communication bridge between clients and internal teams
• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term engagement
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs
• Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and deliverables
• Ensure timely updates and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Handle client feedback professionally and ensure proper implementation
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are maintained

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Client Relationship Management
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to handle feedback constructively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Familiarity with creative, marketing, or production workflows is an advantage
• Experience with CRM tools or project management software is a plus
• Language Proficiency in English and Malayalam is mandatory
