Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangalore Urban for a Client Communication Executive – Interior Design (Consultation & Lead Conversion). The responsibilities include managing client inquiries, conducting structured sales consultations, effectively qualifying leads, positioning interior design services with strategic communications, and tracking conversion outcomes. The role involves collaborating with both internal teams and clients to optimize consultation processes for successful lead conversions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Communication and Strategic Communications for effective client interactions and service positioning
  • Skills in Writing and crafting professional Press Releases to support client-related communications
  • Experience in Media Relations for building and maintaining positive external partnerships
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment while maintaining client-centric solutions
  • Educational background in Communication, Customer support, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the interior design industry and sales processes is mandatory.

System & Tool Handling

  • Work actively on CRM and communication tools such as:
  • GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Exotel / Twilio (calling systems)
  • WhatsApp API & automation tools
  • Meta lead integration systems
  • Manage lead flow, tagging, tracking, and automation triggers

Ideal Candidate

  • 2–3 years experience in telecalling (Intermediate) / client communication / sales support
  • Preferably from interior design, real estate, or service-based industries
  • Age group: 28 and above
  • Strong communication skills with a clear, confident, and mature voice
  • Ability to handle both first-level and follow-up conversations effectively
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, calling systems, and automation platforms
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and process-driven

Compensation

  • Fixed Salary: 25,000/month
  • Performance-based ESOP based on each consultations and follow-up progression
