Position Title: Client & Community Manager
Reports To: Founder & CEO

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Client & Community Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and leads. This role combines client relationship management, sales support, event coordination, and community building. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mental health, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
A.Client & Lead Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming inquiries and leads
- Guide potential clients through service offerings and answer questions
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions
- Assist clients with session bookings and ensure a seamless, comfortable experience
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions using data management tools
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals
B. Event & Community Coordination
- Plan, organize, and execute wellness events, mental health check-up camps, and workshops
- Be a supervisor for mental health check up camps - ensuring smooth functioning of camp coordinators and volunteers
- Coordinate with speakers, volunteers, therapists, and internal teams
- Manage event logistics including venue setup, materials, and schedules
- Represent Mending Mind at on-ground events
- Build and engage community partnerships to expand organizational reach
C. Operational Support
- Manage our internal client management system to send timely session reminders and follow-up communications
- Support therapists and clinical team with daily coordination and scheduling tasks through digital tools
- Ensure smooth backend operations for all service delivery using our organizational systems
- Maintain and update client records, appointment schedules, and operational data in the system
- Demonstrate comfort with learning and adapting to new technology platforms and software
D. Marketing & Content Coordination
- Collaborate with design and content teams for social media campaigns and marketing materials
- Create and curate relevant and engaging LinkedIn posts, monitor LinkedIn analytics to track post performance and engagement
- Support the development and promotion of community initiatives
- Provide client feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies
- Assist in creating content that resonates with our target audience
Required Qualifications
A. Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology preferred, Master's in Psychology is a plus
- Individuals with Master's in Management, Communication, MBA etc are welcome to apply
- Experience in the healthcare, mental health, or wellness sector is a plus
- Freshers are welcome to apply - we value passion and potential alongside experience
B. Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with sensitive mental health topics
- Proficiency in basic data management tools (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems)
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
- Comfortable with technology and digital communication platforms
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Arrangements
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week (1 weekly off)
Work Mode: Hybrid - combination of remote work and on-site presence as required
Office Location: Mulund West, Mumbai
Field Requirements: Occasional travel for events, workshops, and community outreach
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 per month (paid between 10th-15th of each month)
Probation Period: 3 months with performance evaluation
