Client Advisor - (Entry Level)

This is an entry-level, full-time, on-site role for a Student Counsellor at Admistay's Noida office. The Student Counsellor will assist students with course and university selection, provide career and visa counseling, and support students throughout their study abroad journey. Additional responsibilities include addressing student inquiries, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and maintaining effective communication with students and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in selecting suitable courses and universities.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and institutional partners.
• Customer Service experience to provide supportive and professional assistance to students.
• Knowledge or experience in the Education sector is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results and student satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
