We are seeking a Client Advisor for a full-time, on-site role located in Basavanagudi, Bengaluru. In this position, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional service. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs, offer solutions, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the sales and service processes.

• Proficiency in Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction, with strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to provide clear and empathetic interactions with customers.
• Basic understanding of Insurance policies and the ability to explain related options to clients.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and local languages is a plus to effectively interact with a diverse client base.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and proactive in meeting client needs.
