Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Client Advisor specializing in B2C sales. The Client Advisor will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and proactively addressing client concerns. The role involves providing expert advice on real estate services, promoting offerings like rental agreements, home services, and property-related solutions, and working towards achieving sales targets. The Client Advisor will collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver outstanding customer support and ensure a seamless experience for all clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Client Relations and Customer Relationship Management
  • Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through effective problem-solving and timely responses
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to facilitate clear, professional interactions
  • Knowledge of Insurance services in the real estate domain
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Prior experience in B2C sales or real estate advisory is an advantage
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven work environment
  • Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
