About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can activate existing demat clients and generate business through investment advisory and trading support.
We have 3000+ inactive clients who have already opened demat accounts—your role is to engage, guide, and convert them into active investors/traders.
Key Responsibilities
• Call and engage with existing IIFL demat account holders
• Activate inactive clients and encourage trading/investment
• Guide clients on stock market basics, SIPs, and investment opportunities
• Generate brokerage and investment business
• Maintain regular follow-ups via calls and WhatsApp
• Build long-term client relationships
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Requirements
• Good communication skills (Hindi, Gujarati, English required)
• Comfortable with calling 50–80 clients daily
• Basic knowledge of stock market / mutual funds
• Sales mindset with target-driven approach
• Confidence and ability to handle client objections
• Freshers with strong communication OR candidates with 1–3 years experience in sales/broking preferred
Preferred Profile
• Experience in stock broking / sub-broker / RM role
• NISM certification (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong interest in financial markets
Salary & Incentives
• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on profile)
