Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business through outbound sales (LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, networking)
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into clients
  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Must have experience in end to end B2B sales
  • Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and outbound sales

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B/IT services or startup environment
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and digital sales channels
