Job Title: Client Acquisition Manager
Location : FIEE Complex, A-36, Second Floor, Okhla Phase II, New Delhi, Delhi 110020
Timings : 9:30am - 6:30pm (Mon - Fri)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and confident female Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing the company at client sites, conducting in-person meetings, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying opportunities to drive business growth.
This is a client-facing role, and the candidate must be comfortable with traveling to client locations, handling presentations, and leading business discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend and lead physical client meetings on-site to discuss project requirements, proposals, and ongoing business.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
* Understand client needs and present appropriate business solutions.
* Represent the company professionally during all client interactions.
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical, operations) to fulfill client expectations.
* Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
* Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
* Track and report business development activities, pipeline status, and client feedback.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills must be able to confidently lead client conversations.
* Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients at their offices or project sites.
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.

* Ability to understand and articulate business solutions.
* Prior experience in a client-facing, field-based role is highly desirable.
