Job Requirements

  • Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Develop annual sales strategy and achieve defined goals
  • Leverage sales tools to identify and nurture prospects
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership
  • Source leads through direct methods and independently close sales for allotted projects
  • Identify and develop new partnerships and tie-ups
  • Maintain customer registration documentation and related paperwork
  • Create and maintain a database of channel partners and expand the CP network
  • Conduct partner visits and train their teams
  • Ensure regular follow-ups with customers to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain MIS records of channel performance
  • Comply with company guidelines and defined processes
  • Adhere to project timelines under dynamic market conditions
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvement initiatives
  • Undertake process improvement activities within the work area
  • Travel extensively for market mapping (reiki) and new CP empanelment
  • Work on weekends (week-offs will be provided on weekdays)
