We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Acquisition specialist for our IT & Digital Solutions team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth in the competitive digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for client acquisition in IT and digital solutions.
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships to enhance business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and manage client relationships post-acquisition.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related field.
- Strong understanding of IT and digital solutions, including software development, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in client relationship management and negotiation.
Job Location: Bhandup, Mumbai
Salary Range: 30K to 45 K pm
