Key Responsibilities

Promote Jo & Pepe's German education programs to students and parents.

Conduct consultations to understand student goals and eligibility.

Follow up on inquiries, leads, and walk-ins for admissions.

Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and info sessions.

Maintain accurate CRM records of student interactions and applications.

Coordinate with the marketing team on outreach strategies.

Build relationships with schools, colleges, and referral partners.

Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (Business/Marketing/Education or related fields).

Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools.
