Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building lasting client relationships, and managing client accounts. The role involves collaborating with teams to identify growth avenues, driving revenue initiatives, and executing strategies to expand the client base.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business development platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the technology or digital transformation industry is an advantage
