We are seeking a highly motivated Client Acquisition and Sales Manager to join our team in India. This role is responsible for driving client acquisition strategies, building strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background and a passion for developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales or client acquisition roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
