The Impact you will have in this role:

The Enterprise Client Operations (ECO) organization is comprised of client onboarding and support (help desk) related responsibilities. As the ECO Data Remediation Director you will stand up and lead DTCC's Data Remediation function from the Chennai office, partnering closely with Enterprise Data Solutions department and Enterprise Digital Solutions department. Your mandate is to identify, prioritize, and remediate data issues across multiple domains (client onboarding, contacts, documentation, access management/entitlements, finance, and more), and to partner with stakeholders to implement preventive controls so quality is sustained, thus enabling modernization and AI initiatives.

This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive site performance, employee engagement, and project level leadership. A leader in this role will build and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and develop high performing teams. Day-to-day activities will include playing a key part in leading project-based work that touches all aspects of the client onboarding process supporting all DTCC business lines.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Translate organizational goals into specific objectives and key results (OKRs) for the function. Provide input to functional strategy and lead the strategic direction.
  • Partner with Data Solutions/Governance team to define strategic direction for data remediation activities - assign stewards, clarify responsibilities and workflows ownership.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive remediation Book of Work with clearly defined scope, timelines and OKRs, supported with status dashboards, and executive reporting to track progress and ensure accountability.
  • Establish and lead the Data Remediation framework, building a high-performing team, identifying resource needs and conducting capacity planning assessments to make continuous recommendations on staffing.
  • Apply management reports and metrics to track performance of teams and individuals to ensure success in meeting the team's objectives.
  • Ensure procedures and user guides are updated and the team rigorously adheres to them.
  • Mitigate risk by identifying vulnerabilities and introducing relevant risk mitigation controls.
  • Provide site leadership for ECO employees in the Chennai Office. Engage in sessions to plan site specific activities to drive employee engagement.
  • Own Business Continuity Plans and effectively coordinate operations and client support in the event of a site level crisis
  • Demonstrate influence and visibility by representing the function in key events with internal and external partners
  • Exemplify enterprise leadership, accountability to drive collaboration and problem solve

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership able to chair councils and publish concise progress updates for senior forums.

Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services.

These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end best practices.
