Job Description

We are hiring a Client Account Manager with strong experience in global client handling, outbound sales, and end-to-end account management in the remote staffing or software development industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with international clients (US/UK/Europe/APAC).
  • Act as the primary client contact for communication, requirement gathering, and escalations.
  • Drive outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Nurture leads through follow-ups and value-based communication.
  • Understand client needs and propose relevant staffing/service solutions.
  • Handle the full sales cycle: pitching, negotiations, contract closure, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations via calls/video.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to account growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Requirements

    • 45 years of experience in account management within remote staffing or IT/software development.
    • Experience working with international clients (US/UK/Europe preferred).
    • Strong in cold calling, outbound sales, lead nurturing, and B2B processes.
    • Proven success managing full sales cycles and closing deals.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
    • CRM experience (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce) is a plus.
