Role Overview
We are seeking a Claude Enterprise Engineer to build and scale production-grade AI applications leveraging Claude. This role focuses on developing safe, reliable, and agentic AI systems that can reason over large contexts, interact with enterprise data, and execute complex workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Build AI applications using Claude models (long-context reasoning, document analysis, and conversational workflows)
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with enterprise knowledge bases
- Develop agentic workflows using Claude with tool use, structured outputs, and function calling
- Leverage Claude's large context window for document-heavy use cases (contracts, reports, codebases)
- Integrate Claude into enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, data platforms) via APIs
- Implement prompt engineering strategies aligned with constitutional AI principles for safe outputs
- Build evaluation pipelines for accuracy, hallucination reduction, and safety compliance
- Ensure secure handling of enterprise data and adherence to governance policies
Required Skills & Experience
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Claude or similar LLMs in production
- Strong programming skills (Python preferred) and API-based system development
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
- Understanding of prompt design, structured outputs, and long-context optimization
- Familiarity with AI safety, guardrails, and responsible AI practices
Preferred Qualifications

Role Overview
We are looking for a Claude Enterprise Architect to lead the design and adoption of Claude-powered AI systems across the enterprise. This role will define scalable architectures, governance frameworks, and best practices for deploying safe and reliable AI solutions using Anthropic models.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end AI systems using Claude for reasoning-heavy, document-centric, and conversational use cases
- Define reference architectures for RAG, long-context processing, and knowledge grounding
- Design agentic systems leveraging Claude's reasoning capabilities and tool use patterns
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering aligned with constitutional AI and safety principles
- Define evaluation, monitoring, and observability frameworks for enterprise AI systems

Required Skills & Experience
