Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Claims Manager, based in Vadodara. The Claims Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the claims process, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of insurance claims. Responsibilities include assessing and processing claims, analyzing complex information to determine claim validity, liaising with insurance companies, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. This role demands a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Claims Handling and Claims Management processes
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating and assessing claims
• Thorough understanding of Insurance and Insurance Claims procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
