Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Claims Service Manager - Motor, based in Pitampura New Delhi. The Claims Service Manager will be responsible for leading the motor insurance claims process, including handling claims, managing claims settlements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing claim reports, ensuring efficient workflows, and developing strategies to improve claims processing efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Claims Handling and Claims Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate claims data and take informed decisions
  • In-depth knowledge of Insurance operations and processes
  • Experience in handling Insurance Claims for motor vehicles
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Noida
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical /Automobile Engg. or a related field; a professional certification in insurance is an advantage
