Role Purpose
To lead and strengthen the Commercial Claims function by driving efficient processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering superior service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust claims management processes with a focus on continuous improvement
- Conduct process audits, reviews, and performance evaluations
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth claim operations
- Define, monitor, and improve service standards and turnaround times (TATs)
- Develop and manage MIS dashboards, reporting systems, and analytics
- Drive business reviews and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Lead market engagement initiatives to enhance brand positioning and benchmark competition
- Anchor and coordinate technical trainings and capability-building programs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timely submissions
Candidate Profile
- 810 years of experience in claims management (Property & Marine lines)
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance claims processes
- Excellent analytical and investigative capabilities
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
- High orientation towards process excellence, compliance, and governance
